Hi Which programmer should be used to copy and program software from EEPROM : PSD301? Is there any affordable universal programmer available in the market? My programmer Labpro+ doesn't support this IC. Thanks.

the PSD301 has been obsolete for many, many years, so only 3rd parties can provide support or tools.
Google just found a programming system at Ceibo. I don't know if this is everything you need, but maybe this fits your needs?
