I am looking for a datasheet for a IC Parft 07501914/MKL This item is used to drive a MOSFET in a switch mode power supply for Bosch 18 Volt Drill.

The 07501914/MKL was a customer-specific part about which only the respective customer can make a statement, but which was also discontinued many years ago. Only the respective company, in this case apparently Bosch, can therefore make a statement about it.
