I found ST Micro's L165 (3A POWER OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER) data sheet in ST Micro's site. But it is said as "obsolete" item. So I can't buy L165 now, can I ?

the L165V and L165H have been obsolete for many years, we know of no alternative.
Maybe a dealer on the internet somewhere still has some remaining stock, otherwise I can't give you any hope, sorry as we are.
