I use M24C64WMN6TP(8 pin package) for audio product. I want to set chip enable to 000. Therefore, it is necessary to ground the E0, E1, E2 terminals to GND. If all the E0, E1 and E2 terminals are open, will it be recognized as 000?

Please have a look at the datasheet:

"These inputs must be tied to VCC or VSS, to establish the device select code as shown in Figure 3. When not connected (left floating), these inputs are read as low (0,0,0)."
