I used an IGBT STGD6NC60H and now this component exist nowhere, do you know a website selling this component or an alternative with the same characteristics . regards

Pretty sure it's not a Legacy MCU, this might be better moved to Discontinued Products

Wouldn't you do better with discussing with a local ST FAE if looking to do a redesign with new components?

Suggest you contact part brokers who specialize in older parts and selling old stock/inventory.
