M24128S-FCU I need to know what is the space between ball A1 and B1 (0.5mm?) and between A1 and A2 (0.4mm?) since the datasheet is a little bit confusing (on page 7 and 29)

You're right with distance. The triangle on Vcc ball should help you.

e= distance between A1 & A2 = 0.4 mm

e1=distance between A1 & B1 = 0.5 mm
