M41T56M6F: Is this a complete drop-in replacement for M41T56M6 (i.e. no 'F' suffix)? Is it purely an upgrade to RoHS compliance?

the F suffix of the M41T56M6F stands for RoHS compliance and the tape&reel option. It offers exactly the same technical specifications as the already discontinued predecessor M41T56M6.
