Question

MOSFET N

Hello, I need an N-channel MOSFET that operates perfectly as a switch (on/off) with a gate voltage range of 0V to 3.3V. Could you recommend one? image-20250114-161053.png

Such PWM is usually generated with significantly more than 10Hz, for which a MOSFET is usually no longer controlled directly from the PWM output, but via a gate driver.

However, if you drive the pump from 5V, the gate driver can also use 5V, which makes it easier to select the MOSFET.

In addition, you have not specified the required current of the ‘Pompe’ (pump?).

Dempends of the size of your pump
but these should work (gate + mosfet inside the same dice)

Hi,

typical for this, i use logic level mosfets :

- (not too much current, small load) IRLML6344 , 30V , 4A ; SOT-23 ;

- (for bigger power:)  IRL540 , 100V , 30A ; To220

-- or any other logic level mosfet, that matches your load.
