MSL for ST33HTPH2X32AHE1 and SGM804-2.93YN5G

Hello,

We are using ST33HTPH2X32AHE1 and SGM804-2.93YN5G chips for our application. Can you please share MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Levels) for this IC?

The SGM804-2.93YN5G is not from STMicroelectronics, but from SG Micro Corp.

You can always find the value for MSL in the Material Declaration, which can be found in the tab Quality & Reliability, in your case here.

The SGM804-2.93YN5G is not from STMicroelectronics, but from SG Micro Corp.
