Hello, I found this chip, but I can't find the package, nor the part number of this chip, please help me, thank you!

It was the M25P64-VMF6P M25P64-VMF6G, a 64-Mbit SPI Flash in DFN8 package taken over from Micron, but this seems to be obsolete. A similar question has already been asked here.
