Need If vs Vf Data for 1N5822UB1 at -55°C

Hello everyone,

I’m working with the 1N5822UB1 Schottky diode and need forward current (If) vs forward voltage (Vf) characteristics at -55°C. The datasheet only provides graphs for 25°C, 100°C, and 120°C, but my application requires performance data at -55°C.

Does anyone have a graph or table for If vs Vf at -55°C?

Any guidance or resources would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Welcome @EL2118, to the community!

The community is a forum where users primarily support each other. However, it is quite unlikely that anyone will be able to help you with an aerospace device, especially with information that is not available in the data sheet. For these reasons, it would make more sense to ask your question to our colleagues in the personal Online Support OLS.
