NOR Flash long-term storage temperature range

Is there a long storage temperature range for NOR Flash or not? my home temperature is 36C i have chip ST M29W640FT 70N6 H with some recording files (maximum 10 recordings on this chip were performed) how many years approximately can this chip retain all data and at 36C?

You've been asking the same question over and over again since 2021. Since several people answered you here that STMicroelectronics can no longer make a statement for these obsolete parts, no new information has been added - and none will be added.

I don't see any other contact or support to get this information because it's an ST chip and I'm on the manufacturer's forum

Which part of  "No Longer Supported" do you not understand ?

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

So NOR flash memory doesn't exist and ST doesn't have any datasheet or knowledge of this technology?

As @Peter BENSCH answered you last year, the entire product line was handed over to Numonyx in 2007. I.e. 18 years ago. As Numonyx was later acquired by Micron, you should send your questions to them.

I would say, though, that if it is important to keep the data in your quite old SNES cartridge intact, then copy it and make a backup.
