You probably mean the eDesignSuite?

Presumably you use the Edge browser to access this?

Apparently there are a few problems with it that still need to be solved. In the meantime, it might be a good idea to test an alternative browser like Chrome or Firefox?

Thanks for the response. I am using firefox. After going to https://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/support/resources/edesign.html, I click on Start Design under DC/DC in the Power Supply Design Tool panel. A new browser tab opens and shows an endlessly animated blue ring.

This is a known problem that sometimes occurs, the cause of which has yet to be found and eliminated. In the meantime, please try to succeed with the Chrome browser.
