STUSB4500 connect to USB type A but The Mosfet it don't actve for get 5v

in my project I use STUSB4500 for get power delivery from USB_C but we need connect to USB_A for get power (5v) sometime but MOSFET not active and I can not to get power form  5 v

how can I solution this problem

• Did you change the NVM content (if yes, can you please share ?)
  
  
• can you please share your schematic and VBUS/CC1/CC2./VBUS_en_snk waveforms ?
