STVD Version 4.3.12 (August 4, 2017!!) runs fine here on W11.

In 2021 I tried to install STVD on W10-64bit and failed. On the other hand, I have Ubuntu Linux next to windows and I installed W7 and STVD on virtualbox there. I didn't try to install it on windows later.

I guess that VirtualBox is the cause of the problem. I've tried to use STVD on VirtualBox with Windows XP SPII and Cosmic did not request a license as it was on Windows 11 (without VirtualBox).

In Windows 10 I installed without virtualbox.
