Unknown chip with ST logo (C66WK K014)

Hi, Can anyone help please to identify what is this chip that hold the ST logo ? Here is the picture shows the chip.

 

i searched a lot even on the digikey  but i couldn't find anything.

The marking C66WK stands for the M93C66-WDW6TP, a Microwire 4Kbit EEPROM.
