I need X-NUCLEO-IHM08M1 3D model(step), if you have the resource, please help me! thanks.

Unfortunately, the 3D model is not available as you can see in the "CAD Resources" tab in the X-NUCLEO-IHM08M1 page:

Unfortunately, the 3D model is not available as you can see in the "CAD Resources" tab in the X-NUCLEO-IHM08M1 page:

See this thread, and this - ST do not generally provide 3D models for evaluation boards.

 

Why do you "need" a 3D model?

As noted in the above threads, ST Evaluation boards are not for use in final products - see here and here.

Although, as explained above, ST do not generally provide 3D models for evaluation boards, there are a number of 3rd-parties who have created their own - so you might try a wider internet search ...

eg, here.
