Can't open file in trueSTUDIO

I want to know why I can't open the file on the STM microcontroller.

I get an error that states to install EWARM V8 toolchain to open the project.

I already have downloaded the trueSTUDIO and tried to link it but still haven't open any of the projects

 

How can I solve this?

What exactly did the error message? Please share the screenshot of your issue.

Note that TrueSTUDIO is not recommended for New Designs (NRND).

It's recommended to use STM32CubeIDE (an all-in-one multi-OS development tool).
