Cannot read ROM Table

Hello,

I am using STM32F469NIH with ST-LInk and Keil uVisiom debugger.

When try to debug it gets the error popup to the effect that ROM Table not found. This ST-Link and the debugger works on other STM32F469NIH board.

What could be the issue.

It is very critical.
