Does ST provide an example code driver for connecting its STM32L4xx MCU with its I2C EEprom M24C32-F?

I don't think so​, the HAL provides I2C memory read/write type commands, although you'll need to skim the datasheet for the EEPROM. I don't recall these parts being especially complex.
