hello , how to configure clock on stm32f7xx or stm32h7xx for IAR Embedded Workbench?

I advise you to get inspired form the RCC_ClockConfig example available in STM32CubeF7 package and in STM32CubeH7 package.

These examples supported many toolchains such as IAR and STM32Cube IDE.

For more clock configuration details, I advise you to refer to the STM32F7 references Manuals and STM32H7 references Manuals.
