Seem to recall both 7 and 8 series supporting it with patches

STM32Cube_FW_H7_V1.5.0\Utilities\PC_Software\IDEs_Patches\EWARM\EWARMv8_STM32H7xx_Support_V1.zip

An earlier release of CubeH7 has the 7 series patches, and I've post those to the forum before.
