In STM System WorkBench I Want to load Specified .bin File with the symbols from Specified .elf file

As shown the image below I do not want to load .bin file extracted from the .elf file . I want to specify other .bin file can we do this and how to load different .bin file and .elf file

That does seem rather convoluted and outside the flow that would normally be supported.

I'd probably merge the the binary into a new .ELF using the symbols from the original .ELF

Couple of hours of work in my estimation.
