Infinite loop detected in 'New_configuration(1)' configuration.

Not sure what this means and I can't seem to find anything online about it. If it's talking about my code, of course there's an infinite loop. The whole program is one big loop. Since when is that a problem?
*Edit*
I removed the loop from my program and rebuilt the project with the same error when attempting to run. Can someone even explain what this means? There is literally no mention of this error on Google that I can find.
