Make sure the MCU I use is genuine

I'm using a Blue Pill and want to replace its MCU with a genuine.one I purchased from a trusted vendor, yet I'm not 100% sure if it's actually genuine.

1- What are some of the issues with clone/copy/high copy STM32 MCUs?
2- Is there any tool/way I can check the MCU I bought with to see if it is really genuine?

There is no way to check if a chip is genuine with 100% accuracy, but some things you can check are here:

Passing the test means it may be genuine.

Failing the test means it's likely counterfeit.

You can ask the supplier to provide a Certificate of Conformity

What vendor ?

Was it one of the Official ST Distributors?

Wouldn't it be simpler (probably also cheaper) to just buy a genuine ST board in the first place?
