Mass Erase to unlock the device

Hello,

I Have few Query Related to Flashing.

In newly Arrived Board am doing first time code Flashing from IAR tool with the help of JTAG Debugger.

so First Message Pop Up like Perform Mass Erase to unlock the Device Press okay.

After Doing Suddenly Flashing Stop and Window Pop with the Flash Loader Reported an Error.

am using STM32F439NI Micro controller in Board.

If any one know how to resolve this issue kindly Comment.
