Newly-installed Atollic TrueStudio gives eclipse-related errors

I just installed Atollic TrueStudio on a new PC. I am getting eclipse-related errors when I try to run the program. I have attached the log.

The first few lines of the log are below. full error log is attached

The installation resources guide says 64 bit windows required for installation on W8 and W10. The log shows W32.
