RFFE Master to read a data from an IC's register using RFFE Protocol-STM32F103C8T6

I want to read a data from a register in a network IC using RFFE protocol. I need a complete code for that. I am planning to use STM32F103C8T6.

What "network IC" ?

Does the manufacturer of that IC not provide documentation and support?
