About specification (pulse-skipping) of STBB2

What is the state of "Pulse-skipping" in Table 6 of 5 Electrical characteristics?

And please tell me the conditions for transitioning to the Pulse-skipping state.

It is written on page 8 of the STBB2 data sheet.
