About the TS33 series
I don't know the internal structure of the TS3330AMR IC.
Is there a functional block diagram of the IC's internal structure?
The TS3330AMR was launched on the market many years ago, apparently they had neglected to include a block diagram because the operating principle has been known for decades. Put simply, it is a series voltage reference that can be understood as an LDO with a stable fixed voltage or an opamp with a bandgap reference at the input.
