Regarding the VNL5030JTR-E product
I believe that high melting point solder (lead 85% or more) is used in the semiconductor chip part as an exemption from RoHS.
If you have any alternative parts that are all lead-free in the event that high-melting solder is also required to be lead-free in accordance with RoHS II regulations, please contact us.
