Battery Management Gas Gauge solution

HI,

Need your suggestion if there is any BMS IC's (Gauge, Charger) available with advanced feature from ST. 

Is there any solution available without characterizing the battery (no learning cycle), and it can be usable by doing register settings and with update of Chemical ID ?

Looking to check options if there is any Next generation solutions available from ST.
