BTA41-800BRG X-Ray to show an extra die/lead holder in the middle leg.Is this situation normal？
These 5 pcs were mounted on board and test for functional and found 1 component failed then we do x-ray to see what different for good and fail component is.
This is x-ray picture of the good and fail component. There is some excess die/lead frame at the middle leg.
What is the cause of the failure? Is this situation normal？
