Can't find STBC15QTR anywhere, it is out of production?

Just finished my design for wireless charging board with the STBC15QTR as charging controller. The chip marked as active production but i can't find the chip on estore.st.com, mouser or digikey. Where can i buy it?

I could switch my design to STBC15LJTR but it is in another package that will require more expensive PCB service (as it will require additional "vias as pads" process). :(

Firstly, please let me point out that the Community is a place for mutual technical help, mainly between users, which can also be used as a reference later. However, questions about product availability are usually of a temporary nature, so they are better left to your favourite distributor or the Online Support OLS.

The STBC15QTR is in full production, but the QFN version is not available from the eStore. Instead, the STBC15QTR can also be ordered in single or bigger quantities from Digikey (please note the delivery time), other distributors such as e.g. Arrow or FutureElectronics offer multiple units of 3000.
