Couldn't configure IDs of L9963e-MCU Eval KIT

hello. I operated the EV KIT with the STSW-L9963E GUI, and checked until the MCU was connected. After that press the "Configure IDs" button and the ACK LED will change from green to red. And then there is no communication. I ran the GUI as written in the application note.

When the power pin of L9963E is measured, VREG=6.5V, VCOM=5V, VANA=3.25V are output, so it seems that the power is applied properly.

Test configuration : MCU : 12V, L9963e VBAT : 20V
