We are looking for top cooled Mosfets of rating ID around 40 to 60A and Vds 650 to 750V. kindly let me know if any parts are available.

Welcome @anoopkn, to the community!

You could look at the MOSFETs in HU3PAK, e.g. the STHU32N65DM6AG. Perhaps MOSFETs in half-bridges in the so-called ACEPACK SMIT (Surface Mount Isolated Topside Cooling), e.g. SH68N65DM6AG, will also fit. The portfolio for both package variants is constantly being expanded.
