Hello. The STWLC38 eval kit can already support up to 15W. 
Please note that ST has decided to focus its support to main opportunities, the mass market is not targeted.

I already have the DEV kit of the receiver but I can't find any documentation and any layout example

The chipset is in mass production, and it will not be stopped.
Nevertheless, if your project is small, the support will be very limited.
