Heat output of RLimit of STEF01FTR (eFuse)

If the resistance value of RLimit is set to 14Ω to 22Ω, how do you calculate the heat generation of the resistor?
Is 0.1W OK for other resistors?
Also, can you provide the BOM for the evaluation board (STEVAL-EFUSE01)?

Welcome @j_matsuda, to the community!

The sense FET of the STEF01FTR led out at pin I-LIMIT only carries a very small part of the current from the main MOSFET (Vout), so that a design with 100mW is sufficient for Rlimit ≥ 14 Ohm.

The BOM of STEVAL-EFUSE01 can be found in the CAD Resources tab of its product website.

Does it answer your questions?

Thank you for your response regarding the amount of heat generated by RLimit.
I was also able to obtain the BOM for the evaluation board.
