Help to identify a TVS?

I am trying to identify a transient voltage suppressor manufactured by ST that I need to replace.

I have not been able to determine the correct product based on the coding found on the package. Would anyone here be able to identify this TVS?

The coding appears to be C3J C616, but it is a bit unclear. The package is a surface mount approx. 3mm x 5mm. The TVS is used in a 24V pool actuator valve control system.
