Hi, I am new to the forum, I have an ST diode on a board which i am repairing. It has a marking of G BBU Z844 and G BBUZ831 please can somebody help me figure out the part number as a i have tried alot. Regards

marking BBU denotes the 600W TVS SMBJ170CAH.
