Hi, I have LD2981ABM50TR. It is marked "F150" (picture). How can I make sure it is LD2981ABM50TR?

The marking looks ok:

• F130 = LD2981ABM30TR
• F133 = LD2981ABM33TR
• F150 = LD2981ABM50TR

So there is a good chance that the LD2981ABM50TR is also in these devices in SOT23-5L package.
