how to setup the EV-VN1048F?

Hi ST community
i just searched the setup of VN1048F then found out there are two evaluation board(EV-VN1048F and EVSPC582B).

In this user manual of EV-VN1048F, it said this EV-SPC582B is supposed to be programed as described EV-SPC582B user manual. so i just moved to UM2897 but could not find any information of that programming.

i noticed this programming is the key to setup the EV-VN1048F...

Welcome @ro1, to the community!

The EV-SPC582B is the MCU board which, together with the EV-VN1048F, enables the evaluation of the VNF1048F.

The EV-VN1048F is programmed using the GUI STSW-EV-VNF1048F, which is also described in detail in UM2907, section 1.1 Getting started.

I hope the description is a little clearer now?

thanks for reply.

i knew what you mean. i just connected the whole evaluation board (SPC582B and EV-VNF1048F) to laptop and check the GUI reaction.

But we could not find any response other than below sentence...

If you have installed the software according to UM2914 and there is no USB hub between the laptop and the eval board, you should contact your local distributor or STMicroelectronics office for further support for those automotive devices.
