I'm trying simulate STL100N10F7 in a circuit design in LTspice ad there are 3 models in the download file. I'm not sure which one to use. What are the differences? I don't see anything in the comments.

the model versions are described in UM1575, which can also be found on the product website of the STL100N10F7 under tab Documentation > User Manuals.
