Identify this two terminal component

I'm trying to identify this two terminal components. It has these identifiers on it "CBJ GP 950", but there is a chance the GP is a 6P, but G looks correct. There are not cathode markings so I'm guessing it's not a diode, unless it's bidiretctional.  Please help!

the marking CBJ stands for the bidirectional TVS SMBJ40CA.
