In need to replace a resistor diode

Greetings, I have being searching for this diode but I had no luck. Markings: BEX 6BA (SG)?)This is an electronic control module (ECM) 12v for an ATV 2007 Polaris 450. I am trying to fix it and I need help to buy this little piece. Any help will be appreciated.

Not an ST part, but made by many other manufacturers. Probably the logo is a manufacter's logo but I don't recognize it.

It was the logo of General Semiconductor which was acquired by Vishay in 2001.
