Hi every ones. Where I can found L7915CV negative voltage regulator spice model? Or other equivalent spice model of other negative regulator. I saw that it is obsoleted.

For the SCT10N120 switching tube, I need a switching frequency of 7Mhz, is there any driver chip I can use?

good morning, i ave a question. This indication relating to the "frame counter value" appears in the manual of L9026."As additional safety feature, the protocol is also equipped with 1 PARITY bit (odd parity) and a 1 bit frame counter;the frame counter value to be considered at the beginning of a new communication session after a reset actionis "0" " FR_CNT frame counter bit, how il should be handler arter beginning of a new communication?  Hello STM community.We developed a wireless charger based on the STWBC-MC chip.Our design follows exactly the ST Eval-Kit STEVAL-ISB047V1.No we are facing a problem with a customer, that the Foreign Object Detection (FOD) does not work stable. In some cases the charger does not detect foreign objects and still transfers power, wich resulted in one case to an overheating of the charging surface (deformation, melting marks and smell). Is there a chance to improve the FOD by tuning the parameters (see picture below)? The description of the parameters is unclear for us and does not help. How can we evaluate proper parameters? Thanks in advance,Sven.   

I am running a STEVAL-ILL035V1 board using software downloaded from your site.Downloaded software is LED_DRIVER_GUI7708_1.0.1_130722.exe.Then I connected an additional board STEVAL-ILL035V2 and changed SW7 on ...V1.But now I am not able to control the outputs. Tested with one channel active on each board. Which board output that answered to brightness command could swap when exercising the channel active box. Still only 16 channels presented on the GUI.1.    So, can mentioned software handle dual boards? If so, is there available, any instruction/description of how to control this board combination? If not, is there any other software and description I can get to enable control of 32 channels simultaneously?2.    Additionally I would like to have the spreadsheet for “LED7708 design tool�? that is referenced and described in your application note AN4578 in paragraph 4 “Step by step design�? on page 32:NOTE: This question and answer originated

Hello.We are using the STPMIC1APQR with the electrical scheme shown in the figure.  We are using the outputs corresponding to BUCK4, LDO4, LDO2, and LDO1.The BUCK4 and LDO4 outputs have voltage at startup, however, the LDO1 and LDO2 outputs, although we have control through the I2C (we have checked it by turning off and on the LDO4 and the VBUSOTG output), do not provide output voltage when the corresponding bit within the control register is activated from the I2C.Best regards.

We are using WLC38RX and wish to configure register setting usign the STSW-WPSTUDIO . However we do not have the EVK. Can we set the registers in the app and save the file? We need the basic config of 5V supply for battery charging, 100mA normal and 200mA fast charginf input current charging as we are using a battery of 280mAh. Can the battery power be known as well?Right ow we are getting 4.8V charging with 5mA current. Rest of the settings can also be suggested.

Hello,      I have a board based on the stepper driver L6472. I noticed that, when I do not provide input 12V for the motor (the motor 12V but I provide the 3.3V for the logic (VREG, VDD, SW), I find a voltage of about 2.6V on the VSA, VSB pins. I tried to exclude all other possible source on the board and I think that this voltage is produced by the L6472. To have a definitive confirm I should cut some PBC track. Before doing this I would ask if it is an expected behaviour (to have 2.6V at motor output).

Hi, In my current design, I am using LDFM50DT-TR LDO for 5V output which acts as a source for RFID transceiver circuitry. LDFM50DT-TR is preceded by MEV3S0505SC (Digikey link) whose output goes to LDFM50DT-TR, please check the attached image for more of the circuit diagram.I am planning to replace LDFM50DT-TR with another suitable LDO, please suggest a viable replacement for LDFM50DT-TR. Thank You,Manan Mehta

Hello everybody, I am currently designing a configuration utilizing two drivers to heat a mat, which is a resistor load requiring 24V and 3.3A. This component is commuted at 100 Hz. For this setup, I've employed two different drivers: the first one being VNB14NV04TR-E, utilized for switching large loads requiring high currents. On the other hand, I've utilized the MIC5018 to control the spoken driver. Additionally, I have add a pull-down resistor to force the 0 state, and I may use a series resistor for the PWM signal to limit the current, although I am not sure about it.... We have conducted tests of this configuration on one STM developmentboard, and it appears to be functioning properly. However, we would like to confirm if the setup is correct, as we have connected this system to a developed PCB with STM32h563, resulting in sparks and the MCU failure. Hello,we are making qualification stress tests on our custom STM32MP157 board. One part of these tests consist to power the board with custom ramps that simulate the worst power scenarios (as glitches, slow ramp, brownout and blackout).We use the P/N STPMIC1APQR and we want the system to always (auto) power up when the Vin is stable.We found, at the moment, two scenarios that prevents the PMIC to start:single hole on Vin (5V nominal) with a minimum level >Vin_por_fall, <Vin_ok_fallmultiple fast holes on Vin (period 14ms duty 50%) with same levels as 1.All scenarios are perfectly reproducibles and leads to the same results.The first scenario is explained in the datasheet as a turn-OFF condition triggered by VIN_OK_Fall. By pressing the PONKEY button the system is able to boot.In the second scenario pressing the PONKEY button will not restart the system. The only documented PMIC state that explain this behaviour is the LOCK_OCP state, indeed the PMIC will only leave this state by l

Looking at the ST spice model for  STN4NF20L i see only .SUBCKT STN4NF20L 1 2 3 There is no text note in the spice model file as to what the assumed pin ordering may be. The nodes in the model have no helpful names like DRAIN GATE SOURCE. Yes I can figure it out given time but life is short and so is my schedule. Other ST spice models define the pin ordering so there is no issue with use but not for the STN4NF20L model it seems. Does ST have a convention for pin node ordering when it is not defined? Can anyone help out on this?

Hi Motor Hardware Guru's,I am contemplating adding a mode that holds the low-side FETs ON when the motor drive is idle (sometimes for months)  Is there a mode whereby GLSx / low side FET outputs can be set to high or high impedance state in standby or unpowered modes?The 22K resistor (R21) on the EVAL board suggests there's a need to guarantee OFF state when GLSx is high impedance, but can find no reference to such mode in the datasheet.Have I missed something obvious or can you describe a method to hold on the low side FETs without impacting battery life too much.

I am working on a project using L4986A. I was trying to get a bode plot of a boost PFC using L4986A model on simplis but I could not do a Periodic Operating Point (POP) analysis due to the IC containing non-linear blocks.I am wondering if there is a simplis model/schematic available that can allow me to use POP analysis for L4986A. The eDesignSuite for l4986A have a limits for the design specification and I could not input all of the design variables.

The datasheet suggest its suitable for SMPS / lighting power supplies. Not clear if they can be used for the inductive load at the output of the hotswap controller.

I have bought an STEVAL-PCC009V2 interface board that I want to use to drive an EVAL6472 stepper motor driver evaluation board but when I connect it to my Laptop Running Windows 10, it prompts me to update the firmware to the latest version 2.7 Firmware.I have tried updating the firmware through the IBUUI Updater application but get the following message:I have checked with our IT department and it doesn't seem to be blocked by our network, because I also tried running it as Administrator and got the same result.After further investigation I came across a note that indicates it is only for Windows XP:My questions are as follows:1. Can I update the Firmware on the STEVAL-PCC009V2 Interface Board by programming the V2.7 hex files directly onto the board with a compatible ST Micro programmer?2. Will the STEVAL-PCC009V2 function correctly on my Windows 10 machine after the upgrade to the latest Firmware (fwpsin_pcc009v2_FWV2_7.hex), or does it only work with Windows XP and Window
