For the SCT10N120 switching tube, I need a switching frequency of 7Mhz, is there any driver chip I can use?

So you can use any driver , that can +20/-5 output , for optimum drive.

BUT : your 7 MHz speed --- at about 25ns turn on + 25ns off, 50ns switching at 142ns period (7MHz),

-> no way , forget it.
