I am using STDRIVEG600 in my experiments and simulations.

I would like to ask if any simulation model is available for STDRIVEG600.
If available, please advise how I can obtain it.

If available, such simulation files are always published on the product website, either under the tab Documentation or the tab CAD Resources. Unfortunately, this is not currently the case for this driver.

I am truly sorry that I cannot give you a more positive answer.
