L4981BD output reference voltage

In the application note for one of ST parts (L4981BD) and it is mentioned that the output voltage can be calculated from the following formula:

 

 

 

But in the datasheet, in Figure 9B, the given output voltage does not match with this formula:

 

Does anyone know if the feedback resistor from pin 13 to 14 affect the output voltage or not?
