L9369-tr IC is not responding.

One of our project we are using L9369-tr IC and we are trying to communicate with the IC using TC38X controller with SPI protocol. We are able to send the data but IC is always giving 0x8efffff6 data as a response and it is not valid data.

 

Could you please provide the solutions for that.

 

Note: IC of RST(EN_EL) and WAU pins are High. and it is not in sleep mode.

I also encountered related problems. We only find the L9369 datasheet brief, but we need L9369 user manual. Do you have the L9369 user manual?
